Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Resonate AI service, a SaaS platform that repurposes content (videos, podcasts, text) into social media posts and other formats, published by Ibrahim Akdeniz, trading as Nova Labs, 12 Rue Sully, 69150 Décines-Charpieu, France (SIREN 104 671 045).

Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Registration is open to any adult individual or any legal entity. You warrant the accuracy of information provided at registration.

The service operates on a credit system. Each generation job (or regeneration) consumes 1 credit. Credits are allocated according to your plan:

• Free plan — trial credits included at registration
• Starter plan — 20 credits / month
• Pro plan — 70 credits / month
• Team plan — 200 credits / month

Credits renew monthly on your subscription anniversary date. Unused credits do not roll over and are not refunded.

Payments are processed by Polar. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, without giving any reason.

However, pursuant to Article L221-28 (13°) of the French Consumer Code, by expressly requesting that the service begin immediately upon subscription (which occurs when you start using credits or generating content), you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. A confirmation of this waiver is sent by email upon subscription.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before using the service, contact us at contact@resonateai.net within 14 days of your subscription date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued.

You may delete your account from the Profile page. Account deletion results in the irreversible removal of your data within 30 days.

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, defamatory, hateful or third-party rights-infringing content
• Use the service for spam, disinformation or manipulation
• Attempt to circumvent service limits or compromise its security
• Resell or redistribute generated outputs without substantial transformation
• Use the service to train competing AI models

Resonate AI reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in breach of these rules, without notice or refund.

Your content: you retain full ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Resonate AI a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated outputs: you own the content generated by the service from your inputs. Resonate AI does not use your outputs to train its models.

Service: the Resonate AI platform, its algorithms, interfaces and technologies remain the exclusive property of Resonate AI.

The service is provided “as-is”. Resonate AI does not warrant that generated outputs are accurate, complete, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing any generated content.

In any event, Resonate AI's liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Resonate AI endeavors to keep the service available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or technical outages may occur. Resonate AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from service unavailability.

Resonate AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Lyon shall have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a free consumer mediation service for any unresolved dispute.
